Went for a walk with my missus and her lad who loves nature as I've walked there for over 20 years and was sad ad the state of it the top lakes solid with algae so there wasn't much wildlife. Wanted to show the little lad all the stuff I used to look for as a kid was some tiny fish and a single duck. Hopefully someone can sort it as it's obvious with all the signs everywhere that someone manages it.

Lovely walk around. I wish the ponds didn't have so much pond weed in them.

Used as a break in a long journey. Very chilled and relaxing. Beautiful bird song can be heard around lake. Algae and weed in lake needs treating desperately. Whole thing is green with occasional tracks where ducks/geese have pushed their way through. The water will suffocate and kill wildlife/fish if not treated.

A lovely, peaceful and well-kept little lake right in the centre of a charming Cotswold rural town. It takes less than an hour to walk round, but you'll easily feel like extending your stay.

It is a perfect place for walk. It is well maintained with pathways and benches available to sit and take in the views. The geese and ducks are friendly😄. 3 parking spaces are available next to the entrance, street parking is available in the village. Dogs are allowed however they must be kept on a leash. Parking: 3 parking spaces available for Lake visitors next to the entrance. Street parking is available in the village.

Absolutely beautiful! but not very big, unless there was more but I didn't realise. Stopped on a journey from Manchester to Bournemouth to walk the dog. Thought it would be nearer to the m40 than it was but worth a look if you're nearer.

Adderbury Lakes is a beautiful serene tranquil place to walk or just sit and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature. It belongs to the Village and is cared for by volunteers who have restored the paths and boundaries while managing the wonderful trees and shrubs. The Ice House has been fully restored and the wonderful volunteers have been clearing storm damaged trees and overgrown areas bringing light back everywhere. The Lakes have a waterfall between them with a bridge over it. The path is easy enough for able bodied people but a challenge for wheelchair users. It has a boundary with Lake House who sometimes have a herd of deer in their parkland. It's lovely to glimpse deer through the trees while enjoying the dappled sunlight on the lake and hear the birds singing. In early spring the carpets of Snow Drops take your breath away. It's beautiful.

We enjoyed a lovely quiet walk around the lake on Sunday morning whilst visiting the local area. This is a well looked after area which felt safe and calming. Would certainly visit again and happy to support with a small donation each visit

Very nice place for a short visit and possibly picnic. You can feed the ducks, they're jyst waiting for you to drop some food in the water. Most of the track is buggy / stroller friendly but there are couple bits I'd struggle pushing. This place makes a very nice walk in beautiful and quiet environment. Highly recommend :)
