We were looking for a Clearveiw wood burner . Our local company’s were saying they are not DEFRA approved, I contacted DEFRA and they told me that was not the case -they are approved . So we went off to the company showroom in Stow on the Wold and bought one , the vison 500 solution We had to wait a month for delivery and they recommended a local company from Banbury to do the installation Steve the installer came over and went through all aspects of the installation and cost before installing the fireplace. We had to have an outside flue pipe, he even had it powder coated to match the bricks. Both steve and a colleague came over at 9am and they were courteous and clean an finished the job by 4pm The wood burner sits well in our living room and it’s very toasty I would highly recommend Clearveiw stoves above all others . We received a recommendation to use Clive and were not disappointed. Installed the stove of our choice, was done within half a day and fitted us in on short notice. Came with all the required equipment and protected the carpets leaving the house immaculate. They were very friendly and prompt in all communications, even when I made a mistake. Fast, friendly and tidy, what more could you want.

Steve lined our chimney and fitted a woodburning stove for us, he made a lovely job of it and we are really pleased. He has swept the chimney for us since then and it was a very clean job. I'd recommend him.
